Every function is totally customizable to time the exact rounds, minutes, and seconds your training requires.
- ★ SPECIAL EMOM FEATURE ★ – “Every Minute On the Minute” or EMOM routines are perfect for getting your heart rate up, scheduling rest, and skill practice. Our timer will beep at second 57, 58, 59 and then hold a long beep on every minute to clearly notify you when the next round begins. You can customize the duration of your EMOM or use the preprogrammed 10 or 20-minute EMOM.
